The Kingfisher was designed and built with you in mind, and we know that you will find it as peaceful and relaxing as we do.
About The Cabin
3 Bedroom, 2 bathroom steps from the beach
The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and baking, and the open floor plan allows you to be part of the action while you create. The main house has three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a walk through closet for stowing your stowables, and a two-headed shower to refresh you after your day of fun. Downstairs are two more bedrooms, one with a queen bed, and the other with two twin-size beds. The main level shower was designed after a Japanese shower room - large enough for multiples, with a deep soaking tub and showering area all in this same room.
About The Island
Walk 200 yards south down the beach and you will be exploring over a mile of undeveloped, protected beach and tidelands. On any given walk, you and your friends and family will be sharing this space with kingfishers, eagles, osprey, seals, otters, and all of the tide-pool critters that live in the shallows of the Puget Sound. Keep your eyes on the water while you are cooking dinner or sitting on the deck and you might also see the porpoises patrol the beach.
